Meet Our Staff
Juli Chaffee, MSW, LCSW
There are many different reasons to seek out therapy and whether you are facing a crisis that is overwhelming or need to work through deeper, life dominating issues, you don’t have to be alone. My desire is to walk alongside you throughout the process with support, compassion and professional knowledge. My areas of passion include strengthening marriages and families, parenting and teen issues, depression, trauma/abuse, body image/balanced eating struggles and women’s issues. Additionally, I have an awareness of the difficulties that accompany those who work in ministry and understand the unique balance between getting the help needed for you or your family while still doing your job. I am able to provide a safe but therapeutic place for you to find healing. I’ve been in the field since 1991 and worked in various settings including residential, inpatient, churches and private practice. I have been happily married for over 20 years and have three children.
Tim Swanson, MS, LCPC, LCP
I am excited and humbled to have the opportunity to provide professional and compassionate counsel, direction, and insight to individuals, couples or families who find themselves overwhelmed by the emotional/psychological pain and suffering often experienced in our attempts to cope with the uncertainties, tragedies, disappointments, and joys that life brings. I strive to offer a therapeutic atmosphere/relationship through acceptance, safety, trust, respect, support, encouragement, and guidance in assisting those seeking relief/ healing from their problems; and, also experiencing personal growth through making healthy life changes. I’ve been in the mental health field since 1975, having over 36 years of experience, some in an adult inpatient setting, and over 34 years in an outpatient mental health center setting. Some of my outpatient experiences dealt in working with psychiatric inpatient facilities/staff and the patient in coordinating discharge plans; then providing outpatient counseling to the individual after they returned home. My experience has focused on treatment of individuals, couples, families, and groups in the areas of Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorders, Psychotic disorders, Personality disorders, Marital/Couple, Relationship, and Communication issues. I have been married for 36 years to my wife, and we have three adult children and seven grandchildren.
Adrienne Liebich, LCPC
I understand that taking the first step towards change can be very difficult and making the decision to begin therapy is often times not an easy decision to make. It is my goal to provide my clients with a warm, safe, and non-judgemental environment to begin their journey of self-discovery. Helping individuals, couples, and families discover ways to promote positive change in their lives truly is my greatest accomplishment as a counselor. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Services/Counseling and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have a National Counselor Certification issued by NBCC. Additionally, I hold a School Counseling Certification and believe in working collaboratively with others as needed to support the mental stability of children and adolescents. My experience has focused on relationship problems, depression, anxiety, psychiatric disorders, life changes, adolescent issues, and crisis work. I have been in the mental health field since 2002 and have worked in a variety of different settings, which includes outpatient, day treatment, inpatient, residential, schools, and crisis. Family is very important to me. I have been happily married for 9 years and I have three incredible children.
